We have two types of vinegar, one is our infused organic apple cider vinegar and the other is fruit vinegars. Our infused appel cider vinegar (ACV) starts with a raw organic apple cider vinegar with the mother. We infuse with fresh ingredients such as garlic, turmeric, horseradish, ginger, & peppers. Our fruit vinegars we make right from the fruit itself such as peaches, strawberries,  pineapple & mango.
Our vinegars aren't just for salad dressings. Use them for marinades for any protein or vegetables, salads, and for health benefits. I you are using it for health benefits, many of them are great just cut with a little water. No need to add sweeteners to make the ACV palatable.
